• Admission and Registration: Admission to a course is subject to fulfilling eligibility criteria and timely payment of fees. Registration is non-transferable.

• Fees and Payments: Fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed instalment plan of our Instituion. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except at our sole discretion or as explicitly stated otherwise during admission. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

• Student Conduct and Discipline: Students are expected to attend lectures regularly, behave with discipline and courtesy, and complete all assignments on time. We reserve the right to monitor communications and internet use on our systems to ensure compliance with our rules.

• Intellectual Property: All study materials, assets, workbooks, notes, and website content are the intellectual property of Prigma IIT JEE Classes. Your use of our products is for personal and non-commercial use only. You are not entitled to share, sell, or loan any provided material to a third party.

• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damage, loss, or expense arising from the use of our services, except as expressly provided by law.

• Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

• Sharing ranks/ results: We try to continuously improve our pedagogy with our experience and one critical requirement for doing that is to analyse the performance of our students. All students who take admission with us will share the results of rank and results in various entrance exams and board exams. We shall also be authorised to use their names, photographs, results, testimonials, etc. for our promotional initiatives.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai.

• Consent: By submitted information on our website or taking admission with us, it will be deemed that you have consented to the Terms & Conditions
